In Oyo state, it has now become a Criminal offence for individual or organizations that fails to make government aware about the storage of dangerous substance within 72 hours or face jail term based on Criminal law of Oyo state.
This followed the signing of the executive order on handling and storage of the explosive in the state by Governor Seyi Makinde.
