The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been hit by another tragedy, as the lifeless body of one of its officials, identified as Sylvanus, was discovered on a street in Lagos State.
In a video obtained by Afri Reporters, Sylvanus’ body, clad in traditional attire, was seen lying motionless on the street, while onlookers and a police officer confirmed his identity.
“Where e dey work, nah EFCC. His ID card dey there,” voices in the video revealed.
The circumstances surrounding Sylvanus’ death remain unclear. However, the EFCC has confirmed awareness of the incident.
