The Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission has announced the schedule for oral interviews for applicants shortlisted into GL’s 04, 03 & 01 cadres in its ongoing recruitment exercise.
According to a statement released by the Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin, the oral interview will hold over four days, from Monday, 29th September to Friday, 3rd October, 2025 starting at 8:00 a.m. each day.
Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 is however excluded from the schedule as it is a public holiday (Independence Day).
All shortlisted applicants are expected to appear for the interview at the Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Ibadan.
The interview exercise is specifically for applicants who applied for positions in the lower cadre category, and all shortlisted candidates are advised to take note of their scheduled date and appear promptly.
Below are the positions under the lower cadre recruitment and their scheduled dates of interview.
1. Clerical Officer II, GL. 04 – Mon 29th & Tue 30th September, 2025
2. Health Assistant, GL. 04 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
3. Technical Assistant I (Electrical), GL. 04 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
4. Secretarial Assistant IV, GL. 03 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
5. Clerical Assistant, GL. 03 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
6. Watchman Grade I, GL. 03 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
7. Gardener, GL. 02 – Thurs 2nd October, 2025
8. Store Assistant, GL. 03 – Thurs 2nd October, 20259. Office Assistant, GL. 03 – Fri 3rd October, 2025
10. Motor Driver, GL. 03 – Fri 3rd October, 2025
Hon. Okedoyin urged all shortlisted applicants to check their individual portals or official communication channels for details on their interview date and venue, and to come along with necessary documents for verification.
He reiterated the Commission’s commitment to ensuring a transparent and merit-based recruitment process that reflects the values of the Oyo State House of Assembly.
