Hon. Deacon Olatunde Taofik Kehinde, the lawmaker representing Akinyele Constituency 2, in Oyo State House of Assembly, has strongly refuted rumors of his involvement in any plot to impeach Governor Seyi Makinde
He specifically denied any meetings with His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Florence Ajimobi (wife of the late governor), or Zacheaus Adelabu (FIRS Boss) for such a purpose.
In a statement released on Tuesday, Hon, Deacon Kehinde emphasized his unwavering loyalty to Governor Makinde, whom he considers his benefactor.
“I was neither invited nor consulted, and I did not participate in any meetings or arrangements related to such matters. I remain fully loyal to my principal, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, DSc, GSRRS, and I will neither act nor be seen to act in any manner contrary to that loyalty”.
I reaffirm my unwavering support and commitment to Governor Seyi Makinde, his administration, and his party. I remain steadfast in my dedication to the peace, unity, and continued progress of Oyo State”
