Officials of the Federal Ministry of Works are now in Ibadan to assess the construction of pedestrian bridges on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The project, being facilitated by Oluyole Federal Constituency lawmaker, Tolu Akande-Sadipe K. will be constructed along the most porous axis of the express including Soka, Boluwaji-Sanyo, Eleruku/Muslim, Seminbio among others.

The Click News reports that the Member representing Oluyole Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe had secured the approval of the Honourable Minister of Works for the construction of pedestrian bridges at key locations along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in November last year.

The lawmaker had disclosed this after a meeting with the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi in his office in November 2025.
