The Oyo State Governor, engineer Seyi Makinde, has sworn in the newly appointed Head of Service, Dr. Adenike Fasina, alongside two Commissioners, Dr. Idowu Oyeleke and Barrister Ayobami Ojo, at the Executive Chamber of the Governor’s Office, Agodi, Ibadan.

‎Speaking during the swearing-in ceremony, governor Makinde said the appointments were based on merit, inclusivity, and equitable representation, describing them as a call to greater responsibility in service of the state.

‎He urged the new appointees to remain committed to the administration’s development agenda and to contribute meaningfully to the delivery of its promises to the people of Oyo State.

‎In a related development, the governor also effected a minor cabinet reshuffle by redeploying Commissioner for Special Duties, Alhaja Fausat Joke-Sanni, to the Ministry of Investment, Trade, Cooperatives and Industry, while Dr. Idowu Oyeleke, was assigned to take charge of her former ministry.

‎As a result, barrister Ayobami Ojo will now oversee the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.
