Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have announced the immediate termination of the contracts of Head Coach Nurudeen Aweroro, Team Manager Tammy Tamuno and Assistant Coach Shakiru Lawal.

 

The club said the decision followed discussions with the affected members of the technical team, with both parties agreeing to bring their respective contracts to an end amicably. Shooting Stars expressed appreciation to Aweroro, Tamuno and Lawal for their commitment, professionalism and contributions during their time with the Oluyole Warriors

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The club particularly acknowledged their roles in helping Shooting Stars secure a third-place finish in the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, which earned the Ibadan-based side a return to continental football with a ticket to the CAF Confederation Cup.

 

Meanwhile, Shooting Stars disclosed that the remaining Assistant Coaches have been directed to take charge of the Technical Department on an interim basis pending the appointment and announcement of a substantive Head Coach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The club thanked the departing officials for their service and wished them success in their future endeavours. It also assured supporters that further developments regarding the technical department would be communicated in due course.
