One person has been confirmed dead, while several others sustained injuries after an articulated vehicle crashed into multiple vehicles around the Agodi Gardens area of Ibadan, Oyo State.
An eyewitnesses say the driver had earlier crushed several vehicles around the Sango area and was allegedly attempting to escape before reaching Agodi Gardens.
They revealed that the truck subsequently rammed into a motorcycle, k!lling a Corps member and injuring several other people.
The incident caused a traffic diversion in the area as operatives of the Federal Road Safety Corps arrived at the scene.
FRSC personnel confirmed that the injured victims had been taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
